How we work
What you can verify before and after you order
Published batch reports
Third-party laboratory reports are published in the COA Library and searchable by batch number. Products without a published report are marked pending.
A QR code on every vial
The label on each vial carries a QR code that opens the report for its batch.
Photographed before it ships
Every order is photographed at packing, so what left us is on record.
Same-day dispatch by 2PM ET
In-stock orders placed before the cutoff on a business day leave the same day, tracked with UPS or USPS.
